We're pretty excited that Kristi and Paul chose us to shoot their engagement and wedding photos.  Why?  Well for starters, Kristi and Paul are both creatives themselves.  Kristi Klemens is a wedding photographer down in Southern California with her own business as KLK Photography.  Paul is a wedding video journalist with his own business as Blue Sky Videos.  If you're a potential bride, you should definitely check them out as they are not only super talented, but sweet people all around.  Kristi has a knack for making brides look hot!  

Our engagement shoot up in San Francisco was super cold, but that didn't stop Kristi from braving the weather to wear a cute dress.  Loved the props they also brought to the shoot.  We can't wait to shoot their wedding in Miami!

Hanging out with Jayne and Eddie as their photographer, I got to know them on so many different levels.  For one, they love to be goofballs and just flat out make fun of each other.  They are super shy in front of the camera and feel that they are so awkward in front of the lens, but that's actually a really good thing, because I love to play off that energy.  Here are some highlights of their day.  

The flower girl was fascinated with Ingrid's rocket blower during the speeches.

You can't help but just fall in love with Rosa and Percy when you get to spend time with them. Rosa is a complete sweetheart who's positive energy just brings everyone's spirits up in the room. Percy is the guy that every guy wants as his older brother. Calm, confident and full of integrity. Shooting a wedding with them was so much fun and I'd do it all over again for the experience with them.

Hai and Chris had a very intimate civil ceremony with just Chris's parents being present.  I was excited to go back to San Francisco City Hall to shoot a friend's wedding.  Hai is an old friend from High School and it was very cool seeing her again.  It's funny, but I don't think either of us changed all that much.

I know we've been pretty bad about listing all the places our blog posts get featured all over the internets, but I'm making an effort this year to make sure that we do.  So here's our first one and it's a good one.  Chantale over at La Belle Bride has featured Cori and EB's swanky wedding shoot at the San Francisco City Hall.  If you haven't seen it on our blog, then go check it out, since she's filled it out with even more info.

Shot at Rachael and Brian's home in San Francisco.  I would kill for that awesome view of the port.  But even more than that I love their dog.

I love this engagement shoot for so many reasons.  The first one being that we almost got a huge fine or arrested for trespassing on the Southern Pacific Railroad property.  Luckily, we got out of it by being really nice, but I'm sure he'll give me a fat ticket the next time I roll around.  It was worth it though.  This shoot reminded me at the end of the year why I love photography.  Picture #6 has got to be one of my all time favorites.
