Bethany and Bryan have this whole list of things of how the best things in life start with the letter B. Starting with their names of course and then moving onto things like Berkeley where they met and yummy things like brownies. Beaming bachelor buys bride blooming bouquets. Bachelor backflips because bride becomes beautiful butterfly. That sort of works right? Well here's to the best B's in life.

Crystal LeQuang and Nicole Ha put on yet another amazing display of design this past weekend at their annual event Una Bella Sera.  Check out their "great list" for all the talented vendors that put their love and energy into the evening.  We were honored to be one of the featured photographers and asked to help document the amazing work.  It was great seeing old friends, meeting new ones, all the while, snacking on cupcakes, chocolates and the Michi Sushi bar! 

Each vignette was inspired by one of the five senses.  I love the subtlety of some of the vignettes- how the five senses were used more as a springing off point, rather than a literal translation.  

Here, we have "Sound".  Rock and roll!

"Smell":  Before I figured out the theme, I remember thinking "WOW, that room smells so good".  Gardenia's were placed in strategic spots all over the room.

We haven't posted a wedding in a while, so here's a destination wedding that we shot all the way down in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico! We were so honored when Winnie and Andrew booked us as their photographers, because they're not even from around here. They both live all the way out in Texas and had us Bay Area photographers to fly down with them to Mexico for their day. We couldn't have been happier to escape the cold weather up here to be able to hang out such a warm and receptive bunch. We felt like family by the end and were all very sad to be leaving each other. There's even already talk of a 10 year anniversary trip for everyone. Can't wait!
