Women's Club | Ming's | Palo Alto Wedding | Rosann + Josh
Rosann and Josh found us very late last year. They almost had no hope of booking us thinking that we were all booked up. We actually were, but after Rosann's excited email and meeting quite possibly the most excited clients ever for our work, how could we not work with them? I was pretty excited too and good thing the pictures came out, because after their amazing engagement shoot, I was a little worried that the wedding pictures might not be as good.
Every wedding we've shot that involved some kind of stage with curtains has been a homerun. I guess there's a reason why stages are used for performances, because they lend themselves to a certain drama. The red curtains, lights, and focus on the subject works really well in pictures. As wedding photographers, we're "backstage" with our clients the whole day, so when Rosann was waiting for her entrance, being in a real backstage with her was really exciting. There's so much more to write about this wedding, but I'll let the images do the talking now.

i appreciate how you're able to take interesting & artistic pictures even inside of someone's house.
and you're right- that stage & backstage area is MAGICAL. the picture of her almost crying almost got me crying!
lol, and the one of him eating the veil... i almost didn't notice it as i was scrolling through. cute. and that last picture... a lovely balance of drama + quirky funny.
Haha, my happiness level is still off the charts about these photos. Is it unhealthy to look at them daily!?
Love seeing your amazing work Jerry. These pictures turned out wonderful. I check your blog every week but noticed the posts don't get updated as frequently. Please keep them coming as many of your followers anticipate seeing your work.
I really enjoyed viewing the photos... :D
